I have a question: Will it need a flywheel? The Mammod cylinders a single acting and I wondered if a flywheel would be needed in order for it to run smoothly.

The next post will probably be of some of the on the bench trials of the boiler build.
I'm actually using the PPS upgrade cylinders for this loco. These are Double acting and sold as an upgrade for the mamod loco. As they are double acting they are self starting and don't need a flywheel.
