Hi Tony, have only seen the 500 on display and thought the coupling between the motor and prop shaft was rubber tube but if you are using a standard universal joint coupling I fit as follows, prop locked onto shaft with washer between nut and prop a second washer between nut and prop tube bearing with about .5mm/1mm clearance, at the motor end a washer between the brass coupling locked wth a nut still maintaining the .5mm /1mm clearance, what do you use to lub the prop tube? I use very thin grease used on CNC machines, alternativly you can fit an oil pipe and lube with 3 in 1 type oil, hope this helps, regards, Aquarama, If you still have proplem ring me on 01384 373688.
