Hello, I'm finally getting around to posting some photos of my first attempt at a scale boat with live steam. This is the Lady Sarah, which I built from a kit by Sovereign Models in the UK. It is powered by a twin cylinder steam engine from Marten, Howes and Baylis. The boiler is scratchbuilt (for the most part). The launch is now 11 years old and is being refinished before being relegated to a display case. Hope you enjoy it. |
