I have just found this site where you can download a program called Profili 2 that allows you to print out sets of ribs from a database of over 2200 sections.
It allows for tapered wing, elliptical wing, washout, adding building tabs, adding LE, TE and spars, etc, etc.
If you want it will also allow you to modify the aerofoil section and then generate the new theoretical data for it, but I’m not sure how practical this would be to most modellers.
To get its full capability the program has to be registered at a cost of 11 Euro which is pretty fair given how much work must have been put in to it.
