| My problems inside the Tam Tiger 1/16th. The inside of the tiger is pretty cramped. I always try to put some where on my tanks as many colours that I might use, so you can see how a colour will look on the colour plastic of the tank. Plus, Colours never seem to look as the lid colour looks. If that makes any sense?
My next problem was with the receiver, in the place they suggest and position, wires from the DMD TO3 caught the Turret rotating, as did the Nylon band which held the batteries, The nylon band I just swapped it around so the end came out, away from the turret. But the receiver had to be moved with the wires going into it from the outside. and any excess held down and away from the rotating turret
The first time I fired up and had a run, I could not get the turret off when I'd finished, I had trapped the Turret rotation and gun elevation wires in the motor. I had to remove the turret by force.(I didn't like doing that!)
To stop it happening again, I put both through a Heat-shrink sleeve(un-shrunk) and stuck it to the MF01. No further trouble.
For wires going through the metal center ring of the turret, I put in heat-shrink to protect against abrasion (un-shrunk) pulled down to connect to MF01, when connected, pulled the wires back through the center ring, into the turret, and Ty-wrapped the excess to stop it getting caught in any cog's or motors.
