| calling all 1 to 16th tank owners....
i have spent a few hours assisting with a fellow modeller making a 'kit' for a bombed out building , the master was fabricated and then moulded in silicon, then cast in 'herculite' a strong dental like plaster material,
this all came about as he has the tamiya 1 to 16th scale sherman tank, and he was going on and on about wanting somewhere to show it off properly !- so with my help he made up the diarama kit, sections of wall, door frame, window openings , you name it,
all it needs is the 4 sections to be glued together with PVA or similar, to be put on a suitable base and it needs painting, - we have now super detailed his one with foliage, debris, ammo boxes, and all sortsof stuff,
but it is great- a great setting to keep the tank in whilst the batteries are on charge and a great place to display the model at shows or exhibitions....
the kits will be on ebay very shortly and they are good solid castings, ( heavy but quality ) , custom made transport boxes for the kit parts and and hi quality packaging is being finalised now, but these items should be listed in the near future, so keep your eyes peeled, as soon as he lets me know they are listed i will post a link...
