Airbrush cleaning...
Hi All,
Just thinking of a new Air brush, so looking around. Came across this site Graphics Direct
On a page that shows a cleaning pot, a useful tip! if using acrylic paints Window cleaner (containing Vinegar) dilute 1:1 is best. I will give it a try next time I have the Vallejos out!!
Anyone have a Simair SP-35 if so what do you think of it!! with a 0.35mm nozzle/neddle good cover on larger stuff, but will it do fine lines too.
Here is a great tip- If your using acrylic paints the best cleaner to use is window cleaner. Just simply buy any of the vinegar based window cleaners at the supermarket ie Mr Muscle and water this down half & half (with Water). Spray this liquid through a couple of times and thats it. A clean airbrush!

Don't know that brush but my Iwata Eclipse has a 0.35mm needle and does everything I need it to do even at 1/32 scale.
Cheers
