Arrow 1:48 A6M2N RUFE floatplane by Tamiya

Howdy guys,

well, I have been building some more while at work. (I know I have a really hard job). Lastnights build was Tamiyas 1:48th scale model of the Japanese WWII A6M2N RUFE floatplane.
These photos were again made in my driveway....but it had just rained and there were puddles which presented a great photo opportunity for this model.
So here it is:

My driveway is concrete (yes there is concrete below that water lol) but the blooming shrubbery gives it an almost "jungle" atmosphere I thought.
have a good day,

Greg

Yep,

I will agree with Tony on his comments, The backdrop sets the Model off nicely indeed.
Nice idea of using the puddle too, Looks very convincing with the right camera angle.

Regards........Mark

How do you do it Greg? You make a model of a float plane so it rains for your pictures. You must have a direct line to someone up very high!!

Great pictures, a little sepia toning and a carefull use of a bit of blur and they would be quite convincing shots.
