Tri-Turbo Three.

Here is a major conversion that I did a couple of years ago,it is a model of the three engined turboprop DC-3 Dakota, the full size appeared at Farnborough a few years ago and looked most impressive in the circuit, sadly the machine never caught on and eventually after work in Alaska she was de-converted back to a standard Dak.
The model conversion entailed a new lengthened nose plug, hand carved new engine nacelles and those striking propeller blades, plus hand painted markings.
Placed amongst a display of Dakota models she is always a talking point.
The South African air force operate standard Dakotas with turboprop power and whistle overhead.
