Aircraft quiz picture section only.

Please post recognition quiz pictures here only, numbers will then remain in sequence for identification and above all be easier to find ! to place an answer to any of these pictures please use the thread 'How is your aircraft recognition' to get the ball rolling here is an easy one,so this is #1,which type of jet is this ?
Remember this is only for pictures, thanks lets give it a try and see if it works,Barry.

Do we need a "sticky" thread to let latecomers know where to answer? Was #274

With a desire to encourage the beginners here is a few basic aeroplanes to identify, nothing that cannot be identified from standard aircraft recognition books, whizz kids like Kiwi & Duncan need not apply.
Meanwhile we are still open to suggestions as to where to conveniently place the answers for easy access to both for current and past pictures.
Have fun everyone and relax like most things the art of recognition comes from plenty of practise, there are traps for the unwary as many designs look the same from certain angles,a classic case for this was the Focke Wulf 190 & the Typhoon which looked very much alike from certain angles despite one having a radial engine and the other an inline motor.
