Or...
To everyone else it looks like a giant mouse trap but really its our version of a Swiss Army Knife including
A Quick acting car jack
B Stealth Missile/Morter Launcher
C Observation post (stand on end and get fired in the air and look over walls)
D Used to get Boy Scouts out of horses hooves (You have to a certian age to get that one)

With british military funds getting less and less, the Challenger III wasn't quite as impressive as tank crews where lead to belive. The MOD has also taken the decision to break the Human right act and bring back the anti-personal mine.
