Howdy John,

Card, paper, wood......close enough lol. I see you discovered the art of "Hako". Some more examples of this type model can be found here: http://www.albionrising.com/models_2.htm The Hako models are at the bottom of the page. (tip: you can also find nice replicas of the new and old style Star trek Phasers here in model form as a free download as well as a nice Firetruck).
Anyway, Good work John!

Have a good day all

Greg

I tried to get him to do one but he said he couldn't, I think it's because it doesn't have a joystick attached to it so he's not interested

Howdy John,

Well, I am sure if I tried real hard I could find one of a Gameboy™ lol. I also know that some video game related models are out there too.

Hmmmmmmm Got it! here is the link to the GameboyAdvanced™ cardmodel: http://www.spacestation42.com/pt/Gam...oyadvance.html
and with a little bit of time, I could even alter it to show a scene from his favorite video game.

the Nintendo game cube™ cardmodel can be found here: http://www.1101.com/nintendo/cube/cube_1.htm (about 1/3 of the way down).

Models of various Nintendo characters such as Luigi, Mario, Bowser, Yoshi and others can be found here: http://www.gotorion.com/orion/single...papercraft.txt

And last but not least (for this posting anyway) you can download Miniture paper models of arcade games (the machines) like Defender, Gauntlet, Gravitar, Pac Man and others at this link: http://www.wayoftherodent.com/gd101/bs_paperarcade.htm

Anyway. Like I have said before, if you can imagine it, there is probably a cardmodel of it. Now you can d/l the pac man cardmodel from the last link and tell him it is a cardmodel with a joystick! lol

Have a good day,

Greg

NEXT CHALLENGE! lol.

I thought John was kiddin so i asked my 8 yr old boy if he fancied making one..."what will it do?" he said!
I thought immediately, ¬take up a few hours of the summer holidays¬?
So, I guess unless it scares the pets, makes big noise or annoys the kak out of his sister, he aint interested.
Kids today!!!! lol

Kids can be surprising... I didn't get any printouts of rockets to my 6 year old, and he just made one for himself out of scrap card and tape!! He even made a scape capsule!!
Yeah, kids today!!!
Maybe wood-e can be a good project for him... hummm... right Phil?
