Missiles, missiles, missiles

Howdy Guys and Gals,

I was just surfing the web, checking out my "old haunts" and I decided to drop by http://www.geocities.com/coldwarriorcards/ , a website of my old friend Eric Truax from over at the cardmodel website.
Eric is now offering an updated version of his Patriot Missile that makes an attractive static display model, but can also be build to actually fly using estees type rocket engines. Below is a photo of the updated model:

Eric also offers other rocket models, both flying and non flying like the Regulus I and the Regulus II nuclear missiles as well as the Snark nuclear missile. Below is a photo of my 1:48th scaled up version of his Regulus II nuclear missile:

So stop by and look around his site, he offers scud missiles also and many others (the scuds can be built to fly also).
Now if you want the files to the upscaled Regulus, you will have to get them from me [email address] , the finished model is approx 1:48th scale and about 21 inches long when complete.

below are pics of his actual models:

Regulus I tactical nuke.

Regulus II (different paint scheme than the large photo above).

ABOVE: Eric truax's "Snark" nuclear missile card model.

have a good day all,

Greg

Hi GW,

I think Eric actually tried flying the Regulus. He posted a video clip that was pretty funny. It something like this, Pffffftttttt-------Oh Jesus! end of clip. I said something about it and I think he's still a bit miffed at me...., I did some research on the SSG 574 Grayback the first launch platform for the Regulus II. I have drawings for it and have it on one of the many backburners waiting for action. A model of the Grayback with a Regulus II ready to launch would make a very nice model/diorama.

The video clip is here:

Best, -Gil

P.S. Eric's models are nice builds.
