Its the Pledge Multi surface Wax not cleaner as that is another product.

As for the cleaning it may be airbrush cleaners work, but I would not be sure, others on here may be able to help.

My personal choice is to dilute the ammonia down with water as per instructions and then spray into a home made airbrush cleaner after each use as its vapours are very unpleasant . Its possible running water through would be fine as its when the product is dry that it needs ammonia to break it down. As I am chicken i prefer to run some through anyway to be sure. So far no problems.

Its also advisable to not use your best airbrush just in-case.

Here is a pic of what you are looking for, you will see it does say was called Klear on bottle.

Original bottles of Klear, (just note if you search on a shop site it needs to be spelled Klear not Kleer), are for sale on Amazon, eBay and the like, usually for horrendous sums of money, i've seen them anywhere between £7 and £15 a bottle, given that the original reason for this being a modellors solid gold find was primarily that it was very very cheap for the quantity and what it did, You can get a hefty bottle of Xtracrylix gloss varnish for £3 which sprays more predictably and plays out not much dearer.
However, The stuff above, (which is also stocked by Morrissons BTW), behaves in the same manner, is about £3.50 a bottle, and smells lovely , becareful not to lay on too thickly as it can pool and dry slightly opaque.
If you use household Ammonia for cleanup, dilute about 6% Ammonia with water, alternatively use Halfords screenwash, which does contain ammonia, (i've yet to find a window cleaner in the UK which uses it now)

I've heard it alleged many times, i've sniffed more bottles of window cleaner than any normal person should, (seriously, I get some really funny looks in the supermarket), and have never yet found any mainstream or otherwise window cleaner to contain ammonia, (it's a very distinctive odour and unmistakeable), the fact is, vinegar (acetic acid)works well as an active ingredient in cleaning glass and is far cheaper and safer than ammonia.
It's feasible, though unlikely that if you cleaned lots of windows in an unventilated area with ammonia solution it could adversely affect you, whereas with vinegar based ones the worst case scenario is a burning desire for takeaway fish and chips.
A half litre bottle of household ammonia will dilute several times over and last a while.
IPA can be used to clean also.

Can't you get Klear shipped over from the States or is it illegal to courrier that stuff? When i was back in Blighty earlier this year, i stole my parents last bottle of Klear and bought two new ones. I had some friends from the States bring me a couple of bottles of Future (Klear). I guess you can transport it but not via post. World gone mad.

I don't see why you couldn't "post" it. It's not an aerosol and it's not volatile or flammable. It's hardly more hazardous than water!

Well thanks for all your input guys it really helps, however, i do have a few questions now having read all your comments. Please forgive me for being a pain but im swimming in your pond now and i have absolutly no idea at all.

      Here goes...

If Klear gives problems if you put on too much, am i better to get Xtracrylix gloss varnish .

Then does not Xtracrylix gloss varnish give you a gloss finish,

This is the final coat to seal all of your finished art work, would covering it with Xtracrylix gloss varnish not give it a bright finish, and if it is a scale paint job, is not a flat/dull varnish a better effect.

From what has been explained by M1ks Xtracrylix gloss varnish seems to be around the same price as Klear so why not use that instead.

Does John sell what im looking for in the Shop

Sorry again for all the questions but be assured guys i am taking notes for reference.

      Thanks again

The good feature of Klear is that when applied to a matt finish it soaks in giving a more realistic sheen than the matt paints on the market and locks in the decals as well at the same time, successive coats build up to a more glossy effect.
I am also told that the American equivalent is less likely to yellow with age,I have a really ancient bottle on my shelf that is just starting to show a yellow tinge, but that bottle really is ancient !
Application on small areas is best done with a cotton wool bud or similar,it just flows and levels itself nicely,I must nip down to Morrisons and get a bottle of that new product mentioned here.
I do not think it would be a viable thing to sell in the Sacle-Models shop as John would probably have to buy such a large quantity to keep the price viable, and long term storage for him could be an headache as well ?
Has anyone found a successful way of matting it off a bit ? as can be seen talc turns it into a first class wood filler especially for balsawood.

Part of the confusion is my part, apologies.
Hopefully, to clarify, the original clear Klear in see through bottle is not officially avaialable 'new' anywhere, the new Klear is the white bottle and the contents are slightly opaque / milky, if left to pool on something you can get a thick bit which will dry opaque but can be easily stripped, basic Klear is glossy and is used as a pre decal / wash sealer and can be used as a top coat.
It's incredibly watery and if you aren't careful easy to get runs but on the positive side, it's great at self levelling.
The cost comment relates to the rip off prices being charged by unscrupulous gits on Amazon and ebay selling the 'old' Klear knowing it's popularity with modellers, at this price, the Xtracrylix I mentioned isn't much dearer, though at the 'new' Klear Morrissons price then it's pricier.
I like the Xtracrylics which is very cheap in relation to standard model paints and they do a gloss, satin and matte.

Re matting down the Klear, Tamiya flat base works a treat,
      10% - Semi gloss
      20% - Satin
      30% - Flat
Don't use more than 30%, measure accurately and shake / stir very well.
