Try some 5 or 10 minute Epoxy that might work

What have you tried so far? Epoxy is going to be a hell of a job to clean up around the seams!

I'm surprised that didn't work, they must have changed him since I built one of these. It was a long time ago.
I'd suggest cleaning up the surfaces to be joined as best you can and then trying superglue. Remember superglue goes off,so if you haven't got some on the go that you know is okay I'd get s fresh tube. White glue may work but it doesn't give the strongest joint.
      Cheers

None whatsoever, it is a nice acrylic/water based glue that sticks in minutes and can be cleaned without too much work if you use too much. I got mine from John here on the site.Might be worth getting some and giving it a go. Other than that the only othr suggestion is Super Glue but you know what that is like if you do not get the match of the parts first time

I will glue it together and use filler and sand it down and see how I go and will let you know and where can you get gator glue?
