      Bf109 cockpit and seatbelts help!

      Im looking for photos that show the Bf109 seatbelts in position. and how they are fixed to the airframe. Cheers for now.

      From what I can see though Emils were quite different to Gustavs so what version do you have?

      On the early ones (A to E) the shoulder harness actually passed through a slot in the back of the seat seat. Like this.



      This model looks good to me.



      Later ones attached as in the link Richard posted.
      Most of them were a sort of light tan colour though some late war ones (Bf109Ks,Fw190Ds,Me262s etc) were sometimes a green colour.
      Photos are hard to come by as they invariably only show part of the assembly. I've got some drawings from the E and F "Ersatzteil Liste" or parts list but there is no drawing that I've found in the one for the G. I haven't ploughed through all 350 odd pages,they had a lot of bits these machines! They aren't great but I can scan them if you like.
