This months issue of fine scale modeller

my dad (Nigel) has just bought this months issue of fine scale modeller and there is a very interesting article about how someone has placed there models that they have mad and used adobe photoshop to insert his planes as if they are in a battle. if anyone gets this issue then take a look it is actually worth looking and i am going to try it.

It is always a good idea to take photographs of your models, getting realistic scenes are not easy without resort to lots of props etc,it is also a good record of your collection.
Fine scale modeller is an excellent publication,I will keep my eyes open for this issue.
What has happened to that new scale models magazine ? the one that Richard Franks changed sides, saw issue one but nothing since ?
SMI has made that big mistake of wrapping its magazines in plastic shrink film,a sure way to reduce sales.

In my youth I made quite a few plastic models (with the aid of my older cousin who was the one really into them). When completed and painted they were hung from the ceiling in permanent battle.
