| | Scale Model Member | Hey RJ, well done on the Spit. Looks great. I am dying to get going on this project but last week we moved house, which is a mammoth project, especially as there's a helluva lot of DIY to do. I just don't know when I'll be able to get going on this. I am also itching to try out my airbrush for the first time.
Ho hum, maybe in about another two weeks I'll find a breathing space. |

| Richard,
Modelling is not a destination but a journey to perfection and we all are constantly learning along the way.
I always admire and appreciate anyone who takes the time and patience to put together a model for the sheer satisfaction of doing it and showing it to admirers. It is something that i have loved doing all my life and i would always encourage others to do the same.
Your Spit looks superb and reminds me of why I love the shape of this particular aircraft so much. I am now looking forward to seeing how others compare.
Don't forget it is a very brave person who shows his cards first as everyone else then knows what to beat!!! |

| You cannot beat that feeling of pride when you finish a model and you are happy with it. Well done. |

Mines still in it's box coz i'm scared......notice something lurking in the top right hand corner? PINK paint is lyeing in wait!!!!!!!!!! ONEWING asures me that some Spit's were indeed pink, and flown by ladies (and strange men that like lipstick) Yours, tongue firmly in cheek, Terry
