Nigel, you are a person in a million, and you know why ? because you care about people, this latest news comes as no surprise to me whatsoever, you were the man for the job from the start to build up that shop, building up a business is not just about what sales you can get but also how you treat the staff, the rest sorts itself out, really good to hear of a success story like this, especially in such a short time span as well.Bravo.

Having the quality team is one thing but they need a good leader to guide them.

I am very pleased for you Nigel, well done.

congats nigel, as barrys said, a good team always needs a good leader. we are all monkeys, and without someone to guide us we would all be as stupid as monkeys!!

i dont mean this literally (no offence to our primate ansestors but you all know i what i mean)
