Just how low can you get ?

You probably saw it on the news the other night,a Harrier flying exceptionly low,played down by the bosses as pilots 'Letting off steam'

I don't think anyone is doubting that, we all know they do a good job, but there are better ways of "letting of steam" that don't cost the tax payer so much money
