| No sorry mate i haven't had any experience wityh these i don't buy radios becuase i have a radio on my MP3 player or DVD player. I sometimes listen to them on the net. I do Hi-Fi's which bring out the best quality sound out of my Tannoy speakers.

| | All Round Modeller | Hi Guy,
For a 4 channel set that price doesn't look too bad, servo's are cheap enough to pick up these days and some sets will accomodate other brand servos as the plugs are usually very similar. I notice it doesn't say in the Ad what type it uses in the ad, might be worth asking the seller. I know some retailers sell servos with different plugs fitted to fit a wide range of different make receivers.
I notice all the usual servo reversing functions are in place, the rest of the stuff can probably be picked for same price or cheaper elsewhere.
Certainly looks good to me.
Regards......Mark.

| i bought one anyway !- will let you know what its like when it arrives, i have plenty of spare servos so will do some rigging up when it arrives.....
i have in the past also hard wired servo leads in to a rx by soldering them onto the receiver when i had a bad plane crash which severed the lead and damaged the plug !
i am sure i can get it to work in my latest sub !

| well it arrived quicky, and it does exactly what it says on the tin !,
its a 4 channel transmitter and and a 4 channel receiver, - both appear to be based on futaba skysport sets, the transmitter casing appears to be identical apart from the branding - the panel on the front where it would usuually have futaba all over the place is plain and the TX features one single technobots sticker, - its plain and simple and basically undecorated.... the only change is there is no TX battery indicator scale- as the futaba skysports sets, no needle gauge pointer- just two led indicators on this TX....
the receiver is tiny. like the minature futaba unit, its smaller than a standard futaba RX, so thats great as space is tight in my new submarine !
so for a TX and RX ( mini type) and a set of xtals all for about £40 then i am not complaining !- its simple and not fancy but it appears to do the job just fine !
