Moulding Urethane Expanding Foam with RTV Silicone Moulds

Does anyone have experience using urethane foams to create moulded objects, terrain for dioramas, model aircraft bits etc?

I was looking on Ebay and found this item - 270116408832

The seller has moulded the items using an expanding foam - could be quite interesting, I was wondering how rigid this foam is and how well it takes paint, captures details etc. From the images it appears to be pretty successful. Seems to be used quite widely by prop artists and taxidermists...I try not to think too much about how it's used by taxidermists though!

The only experience I've had using expanding foams of any kind was filling the voids around a double glazed window and a french door. That expanded like anything and would most likely bust open most kinds of moulds also sticking tenaciously to anything in it's path.
