Paints.

Hi Folks.

I am starting back to making model aircraft (post war) and I was wondering if any one has had any experience with the vallejo paint range, I will be using an airbrush for some of the painting and I believe these paints are optimized for airbrushs, or if anyone can suggest a better alternative I'd be grateful, I should also add that one of the reasons I'm looking at Vallejo is that i'd be spraying in a room with poor ventilation and I think that I can use water to thin Vallejo paints.

Any advice would be much appreciated.

Thanks.

Hi m8

I tend to use this range to paint latex masks as they do a good range of varying shades of the same colour. When airbrushing latex they are thinned with watered down latex mix so they adhere, but I would think they cover the same just thinned with water. I tend to find a milk like consistency works well.

Hope that helps

Don
