Aluminum Model Aircraft

Howdy guys and gals,

I have known about this site for some time but had just forgotten to share it with everyone. This guy makes model aircraft from aluminum and his results are amazing so check out his site at: Rojas Bazan Home Page and be sure to check out his photo gallery here: InternationalRecognition.htm I think you will be amazed at his work, these are what i call Museum quality models. Below is a photo of his KC-130 Hercules in approx. 1:24th scale....remember this is an all aluminum model:

and here is an Australian C-130 again in approx 1:24th scale:

Now i only showed the C-130 variants, but he has models of possibly a hundred or so different aircraft made of aluminum and photos of most of them.

anyway, just thought this would be something neat for folks to look at, have a good day,

Greg

I remember seeing this site some time ago. Incredible models and quite quite inspiring to see what can be done with time, effort and talent.

.I am wondering what kind of equipment he used to make such tiny welds.
.I would love to try my hand at aluminium welding.
