Howdy Akayel,

First off, please allow me to welcome you to the forum, we're glad you found us. Please feel free to comment on any conversation you see that interests you, give advice, ask for help or even show photos of your work or ideas. We love to see new people come into our forum and as we approach 5,000 members worldwide, the diversity of topics, ideas and comments are as unique as the individual members themselves.
Now, on to your problem. You cant get ahold of certain tamiya paints, well that is no big deal so long as you can get ahold of other brands of paints. I recently posted a thread on paint conversion charts. This is the link to the thread: http://www.scale-models.co.uk/useful...ence-site.html (Color Cross reference site) .
Now in that thread I give a link to a website which contains the various companies equivalents of the same colors, you simply find the company/color you want, then look for its counterpart in another companies "column". Here is that link: Rivet Counter .
Since then I have found another site, which does the same thing but may or may not have all the colors the first site has on it, however, together, these two sites will be of help to you i am sure in finding the same color you need by a different maker. This second site is found here: Humbrol Cross Reference Page .
I hope that this has been of help to you and if you need even more information please feel free to ask. We look forward to seeing alot more of you now that you've found us and would hope that you take time to share some photos if you are able, of your model works.

Have a good day and again, welcome to the forum,

Greg aka GEEDUBBYA (GW)

Good to see Tamiya jars in the shops again after so long a gap, have not had chance to try these out yet so hope that they have not messed around too much with the formulation ?

I can't find Khaki anywhere, so I've been mixing my own.
