It's looking very good Gav, very good.
There is only one thing that I think need some more work, and that is his eyes.
I know, the eyes is among the hardest thing to paint and it takes practice.
But my suggestion is that you paint more skin color around his eyes to make them a bit smaller.
Choose the same color as his face but make it just a little darker and carefully paint around the eyes with very thin strokes.
