Your right I couldn't run it at 640x480 I don't have that option It runs fine and is more than playable on my machine at 1024x768 75Hz with everything on full, I'm sure a lot of the people that play it do have top end PC's but I wouldn't have thought EA would want to limit themselves to just that market, it would cost them a lot of lost revenue.

John, erm can you give more details please?

What cpu/ram you have?
What FPS you get in BF2?
What your AA is set?

Also im not talking about running single player, a 486 could do this, all bf2 benchmarks are done on a 64player maps.

If you could take a screenie for me to post on bf2forums that would be great!

The 6200 is basically a 6600 with a few locked pipelines, i have a 6600GT and it struggles on full. it might be worth mentioning that AA makes the largest difference to game play, with this low i can run on full. my memory speed on this card is over a gig!

1. Sempron 3400+/1GB ram
2. not got a clue
3. I'm with Green Flag

I'm not going too deep in to this, I was just replying to you saying that it wouldn't run on a 6200, and it does.

yeah i see your point, sorry, its just theres LARGE differences between the graphics with no anti-anaylising and 6X! you can put everything on "full" in the menu but you have to manually turn AA on hence my request for a screenshot.
