I would think that it is piracy i think that is what he has done he has downloaded it from microsoft and tried selling it on ebay. Just to get a bit of money. i mean he is making a 99p profit everytime someone purchases the item. You can easily add merlin to your web page by just edit the HTML using a HTML programme it is quite easy really.

have you noticed when that merlin thing pops up and you right click on him to hide he is on your taskbar by the volume control and you cant exit it unless you press CTRL+ ALT+ DEL on applications. You dont have to download it it does it when you searched it on ebay. Its a biut like a spam thing.
