| A bit of a tip re. exporting - use it to backup everything, (in one big PST file), you don't ever want to lose, to another drive/mem stick/dvd or whatever. It can save a load of grief should the worse happen!

| So do I just need to remove POP and replace it with IMAP ? or do I need to download something ? sounds ideal.

| Steve,a good habit to get into is to do a weekly save of all your important stuff to disks,number/date them and make a library of them, the discs are cheap and one day you could be really grateful for the backup material.
What does PST stand for ? Quote: |

| Barry, A .PST file is an Outlook back up file. You can export to a .PST file ans then use other copies of Outlook to read or import the file.
