| Highlight Drag & Drop. Now can someone answer this little problem,on a mouse set up it is easy to highlight by dragging down the page with the mouse, but how do you do it with these new fandangled touch with the finger on the screen affairs ?
It is probably fairly straightforward but I just cannot think how to do it ?
Thank you.

| well to click on a touch screen you jus touch it
so i guess you would take it to the bit of text and double tap or something and just drag down |

| i think barry means a touchpad.
in which case just hold down the left and mouse/pad button, then move your finger across the pad! |

| Barry, with some such as mine you can double touch and then drag. It took a while to get used to it but I use the touchpad a lot nowadays and it is quite convenient.

| Thanks Richard, the touch pad was something new to me as my other laptop has a toggle,I like the pad you soon get used to it and as you say it is very convenient.
I would like to thank everyone for their advice on this.
Is it normal for the screen to be not as bright when the external power supply is removed ? Quote: |
