Do you use backup software?
Microsoft says that the error you have posted here is relevant to backup software.
Quote:-
SYMPTOMS
When you quit your backup software in Windows 2000 or Windows XP, you may receive a stop error on a blue screen that is similar to one of the following stop errors:

0x00000076 (PROCESS_HAS_LOCKED_PAGES)
End Quote

This does sound like a software problem but could also be hard drive or memory related. I suggest, as has been mentioned, that you clean out your memory slots (wipe down the contact strips on the cards as well) and also run defrag and scandisk on your drive.

This link will take you to Microsoft's Knowledge Base which is always a good place to start when you get system generated error messages.

Hope this is of some help.
