"German" trucks/Lorries

When I visited the Dortmund Show one of the Halls had a lot of R/C big trucks. These had working sound, lights etc but also had working cranes ,tippers etc . The trucks were about 4 feet long.

Anyone out there into these?

If you are looking on the web ,I think you will find a lot of interest in Holland. Dutch / Deutsch confusion maybe ? Supermodels II on TV featured one chap in UK I think, his truck had onboard camera to give live video in order to drive it "from the cab" .

German trucks

Hello all, the Robbe (Austrian) catalogue shows quite an array of large scale trucks 1/16th if my memory is correct. The fascinating thing about these behemoths is they are capable of carrying very realistic loads and can have articulated trailers which can detatch remotely I had a catalogue a couple of year back before I lent it out to a "friend" and have not had it returned. Ach well I'll just have to contact Gee Dee models in Nottingham / Northampton ( goodness my memory is ba today) and request / buy another one. Hope this can help you out vague as it may be. The link to Robbe site for trucks is http://at.robbe-online.net/cgi-bin/r...183e0dc1210630

cheers

Jim
