it has been referred to on the forum elsewhere,
the mnagazine is from hachette, but as of yet i haven`t found any online reference to it, nitro monster truck 4x4.

it appears altho` hachette are a well founded magazine company there venture into the uk appears to be quite recent, the website is not very informative . your best bet would be to buy the first issue of the magazine, and see what you think for yourself.
if you could let us know how you get on that would good.

Adz..

The above is the truck, and is half the price as if you build it through the magazine

the first part is ok. i bought it but you have to buy the remote and servos to go with it. plus, if your a starter, you'll need all of the glowstart and fuel, etc...

It is a good idea, if your interested in this truck to buy the fiurst copy and see what you think of it.

It is an easier way of building a model and fully understanding how it go`s togethor,But patience is required in doing it this way , extra outlay will be required for rc equipment and also the engine. the other factor to think on , although it is based on a thunder tiger ssk truck ( itself not a bad truck) previous magazine`s have shown that it can be cut down versions with cheaper parts etc. The other thing going against this idea is that althought the current T `tiger ssk is still in production, is it still going to be available in a years time ? are spares going to be availanble etc.

if you decide to go for the full duration (as many people will be ) then subscribe asap .dont rely on it being available in your local newsagent indefinately.

lastly , if you lkook about a brand new ssk truck (1/10 ic 4x4) can be bought for around £220 including rc equipment and glow start, all that`s required is AA batteries and fuel.
