| That is an awesome model,
A lot of work gone into that and having seen the pics, If it wasn't for the dimples and the lego figures, could almost be the real thing, especially on some of the interior shots.
A real credit to the builder(s) and it would be a real shame to have to dismantle it....something like that should be on permanent display.
Regards........Mark

| thats amazing! i always used to hate taking apart a model i had spend ages making.
my claim to fame....
at legoland they have "earthquake testers", you build a building out of lego and see how well it withstands the vibrations, goes up in stages. me and my friend asked if we could use all the briks, so we did and made a huge sky-scraper and it withstood it all! Mwhaaa!!! it was about 5ft tall and seeing as we were about 10 it was tall!!! they took a pic and made some certificates for us and put one up on the wall.
i dont know if the place is still in legoland but it was fun at the time.lol

| Duncan,
My thoughts entirely, it was only the apparent enthusiasm of the guys who viewed it that made me have a look. I couldn't understand why anyone would want to make a Lego model of the guy!!
Thanks for the edit Barry! |
