Nissen huts, prision camp

Hi,
I am trying to create a model of a World War Two prision camp which was in my area. There were several tin Nissen huts within a compound of wire fencing with a couple of watch towers. At this stage I am open to any scale, probably best 1.72.

Can anyone please offer advice where to obtain the nissen huts or wire fencing and wood for watch towers.
I am really grateful for your help.

I once saw a very effective corrugated iron made from metal foil such as found in foil baking dishes compressed between two pads of kebab skewers glued to a card base.

The resultant sheet can then be gently bent around something of a resultant diameter to give a tin hut shape.

ratio plastic models make wire fencing. not sure of the scale as it is ment for train scenary!!!!

you get all the posts/gates...etc and a big sheet of mesh for the wire. bout £3 a pack!

1/72 scale barbed wire

Any idea folks who makes a 1.72 scale barbed wire ? Or what could I use ?
