| Looks good at that. Challenging enough with out being impossible to navigate.
Have you thought of incorporating some banked curves? Always good for a fixed layout as you can't get away with going round too slow so they provide a usefull level of challenge.
That internal 225 degree curve would be good banked.

| Some cars can't be used on banked curves and would take too long to set up and take apart as the layout won't be a permanent one as it takes up half my bedroom and will sit over my bed when in use,so if all track is level it will be easier to setup and take apart when finished racing for the day but for weekend racing only the half over my bed will need to be taken down just so i can get into bed which is the right side of the layout. |

I remember when Airfix made conversions for their eange of 1/32nd cars to enable them to be used with thier very own slot racing system.
My brother had a Mark One Ford Cortina and I had an E-Type. Ah, those were the days!

| Ordered some more things from antics which are a Twin pack ford focus for £30 and the Subaru Impreza Scalextric Sport (C2550) and this years catalogue,i was going to wait till i got paid again but they just kept saying buy now buy now so i did.
Baseboard is going to wait till after Christmas now as i have decided to work on my layout this week so i need all the wood now,as i was going to use four pieces to make the frame for the three baseboards to sit on so i can unfold it and not have to connect each piece.
