try martin davis at modelboat mayhem
www.modelboatmayhem.co.uk - he has all sorts of links on his site plus a whole page of lists of model tugs, i am sure there must be a smit tug or two in the listing, there is also a feature where you can ask him to put up a wanted posting on the site in the sales and wants section, its a busy website and get a huge amounts of hits, so it may be worth firing off a quick e mail...i think you should get a response quite quickly !
