Jokita HMS Victory

Good article in Model Boats ( Kit Special) re HMS Victory, the Jokita Kit

I'd love to build this model, but it is BIG. Still, I'm very tempted!!!!
Just build it then sell it. Get the kicks from the building bit.

Must get it out of my mind before I do something rash!!!

What do you think of their new model - HM Schooner Pickle? It is smaller and easier to conceal from the wife.

The real temptation here Ken is that, being a Jotika Kit, the model fits together beautifully and would be a real joy to build.

I was also very impressed with the fact that you register this model when you buy it and Jotika, already heavily involved with the research themselves, agree to update your model as further evidence of construction details come to light.

Superb service from a very highly regarded manufacturer who also supply the range of authentic paints that are now accepted as an industry standard.

I agree with your comments re Jokita.

I've built their HMS Diana a few years ago, still got it, and the kit quality was superb.
Showed it on the SWA stand at Yeovil a couple of times, made a change from the "grey" fleet !!!!
