RAM is a USA company that produces sound modules & lighting devices.
I have a sonic ping module from them, cost $40.00 US dollars. It is a nice compact unit with a mini speaker & cardboard enclosure box included. Powered by a 9v battery.

You could always record an episode of "Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea", that had plenty of pinging!!
