my gt400



hi all this is my first post ok well this is my gtm 400 its running a e-flite 400 brushless Kv:4200(rpms per volt) with a 70a mag 8 esc running 14.4v 2 buggy packs the boat is 17 inch's long by 6 inch's wide

it was very fast untill it striped the coupling in around 3 mins of being out on the lake iv droped the esc down to a 30A and running it on only one buggy pack now to try and make the motor last abit longer and i have time to charge the packs back up

yes it was had to do some changes and move the motor and the prop shaft to put a solid coupling so im hoping its not changed it it shouldn't of but taking it out tomorrow

quick update on this i have not taken it out yet but i just orderd 2 lipo's 2400 3cell 11.1v so when they come i will run it on lipo should sort it out and make it go a bit longer on the water

well just came back from taking it out on the lake well its fast but its jumping about 2ft lengths so i think im going to have to put some waight in it to keep it in the water BUT nothing broke today all ran ok it helped me get the jetski back in had a fun time had loads of ppl looking at it couldn't boleave the speed of it

well tha lipo's are here so i will try and give it a this week if i have some time as im in the middle of moving i will try and get a video of it for you so you can see it for your selfs
