No worries. For the bushes I've never used lichen before. Do you just put it on straight from the packet or do you have to do anything to it?

I soaked a clump of it in a 50/50ish water and pva mix, gently squeezed out the excess and glued it to my base. Whilst still wet I sprinkled it with foliage.

Top work Shaun.

Mole hills! Now that's a first. Excellent stuff.

That's what I love when making dioramas - the unexpected, and sometimes off the wall ideas, that come along out of nowhere!

That was my thinking. It's just the little touches. A mole hill here, a birds nest there. You don't see it often.

Playing around with figure positioning. I think this works. Fig A & B will be sorting out a camo net.20170917_232114.jpg 20170917_233004.jpg 20170917_232816.jpg 20170917_232128.jpg

Finally did a bit of work on my figures. Waiting for more lichen to be delivered and experimenting with epoxy resin to add a bit of water somewhere. Also thinking of making a small tree. 20170928_004839.jpg

Getting there with my figures. Hopefully I can get more time to do some proper work on this diorama soon. 20171001_203009.jpg

Coming along nicely mate. I like the extra figures you added are they from a different kit?

20171022_004743.jpg I finally managed to do something. Wire tree frame to add a bit of height. Going to buy some autumn leaves for the tree and surrounding ground.
