Hello everyone, My name`s Steve, and I`ve just returned to modelling after giving it up in my teens many decades ago (mid-life crisis, what mid-life crisis? I don`t know what you`re talking about)
A couple of months ago, my wife suggested I build a model ship to take my mind off giving up fags, and to help take the snarl off my face. Anyway, I decided on Revells HMS Victory, and after a long struggle with the rigging, I`m now smoking more than ever. Oh well, at least I`ve stopped snarling.
I`m now hooked (on modelling) again, and I`m looking forward to learning from the many experts on these forums. I`ll never show my abysmal effort as regards to the Victory (it scares people), but I fully intend to post pics of future models.
