Smile A big Hello to everone out there !

A big hello to everyone out there in Scale Model Land !

This is my first Post, so I'd best start by way of introduction...

My name is Nick, I'm forty seven years of age, and I live in Dorset.

I have been a keen scale modeller (not always practicing, unfortunately) for the past forty years or so, and my interests cover virtually all aspects of scale modelling, but my particular interest is the small scale Agricultural (Traction) Engines and their accessories (the greater the level of detail and precision, the better).
I have to now admit, that (ashamedly), I had not heard of this Forum previously, but scanning (albeit briefly) some of these Posts, it's quite clear that there's a vast wealth of technical knowledge out there !
All I can say at this point, is that I have lots of questions to ask you lot (and hopefully, some answers too), so I will be "picking some of your brains" so to speak ! Here's looking forward to chatting with you...

Warmest Regards,

Nick.

Hi Nick and a very warm welcome to the forum. As you say we do seem to have a wealth of information at our fingertips here and we certainly seem to cover most aspects of scale modelling from plastic to RC and even to card models.

I look forward to seeing a few shots of what you do and sincerely hope you enjoy your time with us.
