Hello everyone,

Found myself back interested in modeling after about a 10 year hiatus. Picked up my first kit in a long time yesterday, a late model Panther G 1/35 scale from Tamiya and I'm excited to get started again.

Never done a tank model before, was into airplanes, and looking for info and techniques about how to paint them when I'm done assembling the beasts!

looking forward to all the help and info I can learn

Welcome to the the forum -- I'm afraid that's as much help as I can be as i'm not into tanks and my painting is lacking in skill [to impatient] but I'm sure you will get help in time -- perhaps post a message on the tank section with "help in the title"

Welcome to the site, needless to say you will not be lost here, just navigate your way to the Tanks part of the forum, we have plenty of them on here and loads of useful advice to get you on the right track or should that be tracks lol !!

Hope you enjoy it here and please post pics up of your model, more than welcome.
