First scale model

Hi I've been flying models for several years but have yet to build a scale model, so I will be looking for tips and techniques. Early retirement is looming(yipee) and I'm looking forward to the time and the challeng of building and flying my first scale model.

First let me welcome you to the forum and let you know that we look forward to seeing alot more of you now that you have found us .
I am sure that if you have any questions someone will answer them for you but in the meantime, please feel free to browse the site, look thru the other members galleries and give advice, ask advice or comment on anything that interests you.
I believe you will find that you will find most all the resources you will need (as well as any help you may need) right here in our forum.

Hello webglider!
So what kind are you looking to build? Its funny that you mentioned flying RC because I'm trying to muster all of my courage to fly a parkzone fw190...... I'm using real feal flight control sim and have found a very large forest preserve that opens at dawn!
