Flew as a ballgunner on B-24's out of Italy. Shot down over Yugoslavia and Northern Italy at Verona. Got pretty tiresome so was sent home to discover U-contrtol and RC in early 70's.
A die hard WWI scaler with a DVII, Eindecker and currently 1/5 scale SE5a. Happy to be aboard |
Welcome to the forum! I'm sure there will be lots to interest you here, especially as you are building an SE5a, you'll be in good company!
Any pictures of your model projects and your time in B-24's?
