Biplan

Hi, everyone,
my main interest is in flying R/C powered model airplanes. I was into sport and pattern type flying from 1975 until 1984. Then had a break from the hobby until the spring of 2007.

I now fly only electric and I'm going to build and fly the models I like; scale models. I'm first going to finish a Guillow's #202 24" SE5a that I started a long time ago. In the mean time I'm flying an EPP/depron model (not scale) and a foamie J-3 Cub, both about 15 lbs and 35" wing span. I've also electrified an old 52"/39" bipe (not scale), it's better suited to the windy conditions at our club field.

Kits recently bought: 1/9 scale AerodromeRC SE5a and Sopwith Camel. Guillow's #801 Sopwith Camel, #402 P51 Mustang, #403 Spitfire, #1005 F6F Hellcat.
