beginner's airbrushing question

I have just recently bought an airbrush and I sprayed tamiya acrylics with it. I forgot about having good ventilation. Would anything happen to me?

Hi there,

A one-off exposure probably wouldn't do much, and Tamiya acrylics are probably one of the "less-dangerous" chemicals as opposed to oil and cellulose based paints, but I'd recommend having windows open and a decent mask.
