Hello from Halifax.

Hi,
My name’s Sam. I live in Halifax, Yorkshire. I’ve just recently started on scale models and I’m thoroughly enjoying it but, due to my lack of money and time it’s a very slow process. I prefer making military vehicles .I’m practicing painting at the minute and am looking to weathering perhaps in January. My main reason for joining was to gather some tips and advice, what I have gathered so far if very informative, so…erm…thanks!

Skamm.

Welcome Sam,

One of the easiest ways of weathering vehicles is by the use of good quality pastels from art shops

Hi Sam and welcome to the site,

I think you will be pretty well catered for on here both ways..ie people from Halifax and of course people interested in Military vehicles as they are a popular subject on here with plenty of posts and pics.

Enjoy the site !!

Regards....Mark
