I was driving home from town the other day, and had a little mishap in the car!
I had been to the DIY store and had purchased some spirit to get the grill light. What I had not noticed was the top was not done up tightly. Well I got in the car and set off down the road. Whilst sitting at the traffic lights, I took a ciggy and pushed the lighter in to warm it up. As per normal, just as it popped up and I took it to light my smoke, the lights changed. In the confussion I dropped the lighter, and much to my horror, the sleve of my sweat shirt went up in flames.
So driving down the main road with no place to stop, I wound down the window and floored the gas, sticking my arm out the window, hoping the wind would put out the flames.
Unfortunatly for me I sort of overtook a police car. Said police car turned on its lights and set after me. Shortly after I was pulled over and the 'nice gentlemen' inside arrested me!!
On what charge I enquired......

A police horse.

And before you ask, no I like the police, some of my best freinds are policemen.
